A Buffalo-area woman was drunk as she drove her two children around to trick-or-treat on Halloween, police said.Amanda Lauzau, 39, of North Tonawanda, was arrested after police were called to the 200 block of Ward Road around 6:56 p.m. Saturday for a report of an intoxicated driver.
